Built in 2011, the complex is situated 400 metres from the sea at the northern part of Sunny Beach. The property has an outdoor swimming pool and all rooms have a private balcony.

The air-conditioned rooms have simple, modern wood furnishings. A seating area and flat-screen TV with cable channels are provided. There is also a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area and private bathroom with a shower.
